Who We Are
Hands to Heart Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our nonmedical homecare services are provided through Hands to Heart Home Care (HCA.0001456), a separately registered homemaker-companion agency. DME coordination and community support services are provided through the foundation. Only nonmedical services are provided under our HCA license.

Durable Medical Equipment (DME)

Through our nonprofit foundation (separate from our HCA-licensed agency), we help identify the right equipment and coordinate fulfillment through reliable suppliers. DME coordination is not a homecare service and is provided separately.
