How It Works

  1. Tell us what you need – a brief referral or a contact form.

  2. We review and coordinate – our team confirms eligibility, timelines, and next steps.

  3. Services & equipment begin – ongoing check-ins to ensure safety, fit, and satisfaction.

  • Do you accept insurance?

Coverage depends on the service and equipment. We’ll help you understand options and
available funding sources.

  • Do I need a prescription for DME?

Some items require a clinician’s order. We’ll coordinate with your provider when needed.

  • Where do you provide services?

We currently support clients in Connecticut. Contact us to confirm availability.

  • How soon can services start?

Timelines vary depending on the need and the availability of staffing and equipment. We
prioritize safety and urgent requests.
